We hope that this post finds all of our readers and fans well and in good health. We certainly are in the midst of challenging and unprecedented times. We have taken a pause and distanced ourselves from normal activities, routines and others. We have been able to take time to reflect, digest and evaluate many things. We have been overwhelmed by the continued interest and excitement for watches. We have not been updating Veralet as often as we like or frankly should, but we are working as best we can given the current circumstances. We continue to strive and pour pride into helping you all find that special watch. We have also loved that it seems people have slowed down a bit. We are enjoying our time and have found great joy in people returning to conversation and dialogue. We are a connected society and need human and social interaction. We wanted to share what to us is a very special watch. To our loyal followers and fans you all know we tend to gravitate to watches that are a little shall we say unique and different. We felt today was fitting to highlight this vintage Rolex 1680 18K Yellow Gold Submariner. This is truly a work of art and like no other watch we have seen. The original blue dial has aged over time and now appears like a globe or map of the earth. We love the look and colors and how you have the appearance of water and land masses. With a subtle change in light and setting the colors and feel change too. Also we have found that a quick strap change alters the entire look and feel of this amazing watch too. We are currently exploring a variety of blue straps and the fun it brings about. We are thrilled to share this unique and one of a kind vintage treasure with you.
