What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Credit Cards

We can only ship to an address which is verifiable by the issuing credit card company or bank. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. The billing address and telephone number you provide for shipping must match that which the credit card issuer or bank has on file. We retain the right to refuse credit card purchases and said purchases are subject to approval. Any credit card charges that are denied may require alternate payment methods, such as bank wire or certified check.

PayPal

We accept PayPal for online purchases made via veralet.com. You can login to your PayPal account and select an available payment method to complete a purchase. The shipping information for these purchases will need to match that which is confirmed by PayPal.

Bank Wire

We accept bank wires for most purchases and they are required for certain dollar amounts. Bank wire details will be provided by Veralet in order to complete the purchase of your item along with an invoice. We can only ship once the transmission of a bank wire is complete and the funds have been received and cleared by our financial institution.

Checks

Checks are an acceptable form of payment. All checks are subject to a five to seven day hold once received. All merchandise which is paid for via check will be shipped once a check has cleared. All returned checks will be subject to a $50 returned check fee.

Is There Sales Tax?

New York State buyers are subject to New York Sales Tax.

I am an International Buyer. Do I Have to Pay Duties?

International buyers outside of the United States assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or customs due. The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return. Veralet will ship internationally with full insurance and customs declarations for the exact purchase price of the item.

Do You Accept Returns?

At Veralet, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a three-day return period.

We must be notified of a return in writing (E-Mail sent to concierge@veralet.com is acceptable) within three days of the receipt of the watch. The watch must be shipped back to Veralet by the fourth day after receipt of the watch. 

All watches that are returned must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were shipped from Veralet to the client. All watches must be returned unworn and with all accompanying accessories, box, and/or papers that were sent by Veralet.

Clients within the United States will be charged a $50.00 return shipping fee for FedEx insured shipping. International clients outside of the United States assume all responsibility for any and all return shipping fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or customs due in the event of a return.

In the event that a watch is not returned in the exact same condition that it was shipped, the return is subject to rejection by Veralet.

Veralet, in its sole discretion, will make the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a return. 

Any approved return(s) will have the refund amount returned to the credit card used for purchase or otherwise in the form of original payment.

In the event that a return(s) is rejected, the watch will be returned to the buyer via FedEx insured shipping and the buyer will be charged $50.00 shipping within the United States. International buyers outside of the United States will be charged $125.00 for insured shipping and will assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or customs due. A rejection of a return is at the sole discretion of Veralet and is subject to a watch being returned in the exact same mechanical and cosmetic condition it was shipped in.

We do not accept returns on watch straps or any accessories.  All sales on watch straps and accessories are final.

Customized orders are special orders and are not accepted for return(s).

In our sole discretion, we may accept a return in the event that a watch or item is not as described or advertised. If you feel like you have received a watch or item that is not as described or advertised, please contact us immediately at info@veralet.com.

How Do You Ship?

We provide shipping via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight.

All Shipments will be sent fully insured with signature requirement. An adult signature is required for the receipt of your package.

Upon the shipment of your package, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

In the event that a package cannot be delivered after three attempts, your item will be re-routed back to Veralet and additional charges will apply for a new delivery.

International packages are shipped via FedEx international priority.

There is a standard shipping charge on all watches of $50.00 shipped within the United States.

There is a standard shipping charge of $125.00 on all watches shipped outside of the United States.

How Do I Determine the Best Watch Size for Me?

We are committed to helping you find the watch that is just right for you.

You can visit the Veralet shop to explore and find the watch size that is just right for you. Not quite sure how the watch may fit? We included a wrist shot for reference and we are happy to help with additional information via concierge@veralet.com.

We offer a variety of watches on bracelets and straps. If you have a special request, we will make every effort to accommodate and would be happy to size the watch prior to shipment. We offer our straps in a variety of lengths and sizes.

Do You Have Other Merchandise That Is Not Shown on The Site?

We have a wide variety and assortment of vintage and pre-owned watches that are not highlighted on the site.

Can I Purchase A Watch That Isn’t Available for Sale Online?

If you would like to purchase a watch that is not available for sale online, please contact concierge@veralet.com.

Our standard payment terms and shipping terms will apply.

Purchases over a certain dollar amount can only be purchased by bank wire or ACH. Watches subject to this payment stipulation will have a note in the listing if online but not available for purchase online.

If a watch is purchased offline, this condition will be highlighted and stated in an invoice transmitted via email.
