Our goal in designing our website was to present a fun and fresh way to purchase a vintage watch; to provide information in a way that would be valuable to first time buyers, enthusiasts, and savvy collectors alike.
As we began our development process, we surveyed the marketplace to see how sellers market watches. We noticed that many websites felt and looked the same. We did come across some wonderful sites with great content and products, but for the most part, we found the majority of websites offered large galleries of images with little information or education to assist the first time buyer. When information was provided, it was often terse, highly technical, or a lot of fluff.
We want to speak to you, our customers, who come from varying backgrounds and have different styles and levels of knowledge. We wanted to come up with a way to present our watches that not only included important details and beautiful imagery, but also captured the lifestyle of the watch.
With that goal in mind, we have created Collections at Veralet as a way for our clients to shop for vintage watches based on their personal style.
