Cartier Stainless Steel Basculante Display Back

The Cartier Basculante is one neat watch. Over the years since the creation of the model various iterations have been produced. Ranging from stainless steel to precious metals and encompassing a variety of movements, the Basculante has always maintained a special following. More recently a base of collectors have emerged, many seeking the classics but also something unique with a twist. Enter the 2930 in stainless steel with mechanical movement. What sets this specific example apart is that it was part of a limited run circa 2000 with a display back showing off the movement. The majority were produced with a solid decorated back. This watch is truly cool, fun and not your average example. It was serviced in August of 2024 by Cartier and is fitted on a brand new strap.
